BonPilates Baltics

BonPilates Baltics was created with the goal of developing and promoting the highest-quality, precise, and professional Pilates practice throughout the Baltics. At the heart of this initiative is Linna Ostrovska – head of the Latvian Pilates Association, founder of PiYo Studio, and an international Pilates mentor with over 25 years of experience.

Linna has studied with world-renowned masters, including first-generation Joseph Pilates teachers – Mary Bowen, Michael King, and Alan Herdman. She later became a teacher and mentor herself in international projects. In Latvia, Linna has established two modern, fully equipped studios – PiYo Klusais Centrs and PiYo Buddas – which serve as BonPilates showcase centers. Here, anyone can see, try, and learn how to properly use world-class Pilates equipment.

BonPilates originated in Spain, where each piece of equipment is handcrafted with the highest precision and quality. The brand’s essence is to preserve the subtlety and authenticity of the Pilates method. Under Linna’s leadership, BonPilates Baltics provides not only premium equipment but also training and consultation in cooperation with the Latvian Pilates Association, supporting both new and experienced instructors.
